3. Non-Returnable & No Exchange Policy

All ghee products sold on Village Desi Swad are NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE due to the consumable & perishable nature of the items.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Personal taste preference

• Wrong selection by customer

A return or replacement is only considered in two cases:

1. Product received damaged (leaked, broken, or unsealed at the time of delivery)

2. Wrong product delivered
