At Village Desi Swad, we aim to provide you with premium-quality ghee products. Since ghee is a consumable food item, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy, except in specific rare cases mentioned below.

1. Non-Returnable Products

All products sold by Village Desi Swad are NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.
This applies to all categories including:

• A2 Cow Ghee

• Desi Ghee

• Buffalo Ghee

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

• Change of mind

• Taste preference

• Wrong product ordered by customer

• Quantity mismatch due to expectation

2. Refunds Allowed Only in Special Cases

A refund or replacement is only applicable if:

a. Damaged Product Received

If the product arrives:

• Broken

• Leaked

• Unsealed

• Physically damaged
  You must send photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.

b. Wrong Product Delivered

If you received a product different from what you ordered, we will replace it or issue a refund.

3. Conditions for Claim Approval

To process your claim, please provide:

• Order ID

• Clear photos/videos of the damaged/wrong item

• Packaging photos

• Unboxing proof (if possible)

• Full name and contact details

Claims sent after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.

4. Refund Processing Time

If approved, the refund will be processed within:

• 5–7 business days (for online payments)
  Refund will be initiated back to the original payment method only.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

• If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 days.

6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

No refund will be issued if:

• The customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address

• The customer is unavailable to receive the package

• The courier marks the package as RTO due to customer issues

Reshipping can be done at additional shipping charges.

7. Product Quality

All ghee is prepared traditionally, and natural variations in color, aroma, or texture are normal.
These are not valid return/refund reasons.
